The first one was held in Montpellier, France, two years ago. The local organizers of this Seminar are Professors K. Kuroda, Y. Sugahara, A. Shimojima, H. Wada, and Y. Kuroda from Waseda University, collaborated with the scientific committee of Professors A. Ayral, B. Boury, and M. Wong Chi Man, from P\u00f4le Chimie Balard, Montpellier, France. The quality of all presentations was quite high and various topics related to energy, environment and health were discussed. The program of this one-day Seminar is stated below.
