Professor <a href=\"https:\/\/www.litwiss.uni-konstanz.de\/en\/british-and-american-studies\/team\/professor-timo-mueller\/\">Timo M\u00fcller<\/a>, Chair of American Studies, Department of English Literature, University of Konstanz, Germany, specializing in aesthetics and literature, was invited to give a presentation on the history of research on &#8220;environmental aesthetics&#8221; and his own views on the politics of aesthetic representations of the natural environment and was discussed with 19 participants.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-22254\" src=\"https:\/\/www.waseda.jp\/inst\/sgu\/assets\/uploads\/2023\/03\/01-610x340.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"472\" height=\"263\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.waseda.jp\/inst\/sgu\/assets\/uploads\/2023\/03\/01-610x340.jpg 610w, https:\/\/www.waseda.jp\/inst\/sgu\/assets\/uploads\/2023\/03\/01-940x524.jpg 940w, https:\/\/www.waseda.jp\/inst\/sgu\/assets\/uploads\/2023\/03\/01-768x428.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.waseda.jp\/inst\/sgu\/assets\/uploads\/2023\/03\/01-1536x856.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/www.waseda.jp\/inst\/sgu\/assets\/uploads\/2023\/03\/01-2048x1141.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 472px) 100vw, 472px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>At the beginning of the lecture, M\u00fcller introduced the Off the Road project at the University of Konstanz.
