Dr. Hallmann is a world-renowned researcher in the field of sports management, and visited our institute as a visiting scholar in 2013. Below is a sample of the titles of the intensive lectures.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Introduction to HRM<\/li>\n<li>Economic Approaches to HRM<\/li>\n<li>Psychological approaches to HRM<\/li>\n<li>Strategic HRM<\/li>\n<li>Career readiness<\/li>\n<li>Employee Planning\/Recruitment and Selection<\/li>\n<li>Motivation and Rewards Management<\/li>\n<li>Employee Retention<\/li>\n<li>Current HR Management Challenge\/Managing Culturally Diverse Teams<\/li>\n<li>Current HR Management Challenge\/Managing a Multigenerational Workforce<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The classes covered specific HRM methods and concepts, as well as their challenges, in order to help students design their careers.
