For those who are admitted to Waseda University Higashi-Fushimi Student Dormitory<\/h4>\n

\u3010Contract Period September 10, 2021 to March 15, 2023\u3011<\/h5>\n

The resident may not cancel the contract in the middle of living period except for the reason of studying abroad or military service. And Waseda may permit extension of the Dormitory Period for March 15, 2023 through August 31, 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

\u30fb For those who have signed the dormitory contract, regardless of whether or not you actually moved into the dormitory, in general, the dormitory fee will be incurred from the designated move-in date.
\n\u30fb In the packet which is planned to be sent to you from tomorrow, there is a online questionnaire regarding move-in date. For those who are entering Japan from overseas and cannot move-in on the designated dates due to immigration restrictions in Japan, please indicate so on the questionnaire. We are planning to consider the dormitory fee for those who answer to another questionnaire which will be sent later on (only to applicable persons) within its deadline.
\n\u30fb If you are anxious about group life in the dormitory in consideration of the current situation of coronavirus infection, please do not submit the dormitory contract that will be sent to your registered address later, but report your desire of withdrawal through below inquiry form.

The Schedule for Move-in to the dormitory<\/h4>\n

September 9th (Thu) , 2021<\/strong><\/p>\n

For further details, please check into \u201cThe Entrance Documents\u201d that would arrive to you later.
\nPlease be informed that the dormitory fee will be charged from September 10th, Thursday.<\/p>\n

A packet of entrance documents (such as the contract, the necessary payment information)<\/h4>\n

The packet is planned to be sent on Augst 2 (Mon), 2021. We will send to a mailing address of applicant himself which the applicant registered on the Online Request Form.
\nIf the packet of entrance documents do not arrive at your address by August 15th for some reasons including postal problems, please contact us at ryo-form@list.waseda.jp within 17th(The deadline of documents submission is August 20th).\u00a0 We will provide you with electronic documents which you can print by yourself from 17th.<\/p>\n
