For applicants, we will send the announcement via e-mail. On the day, we are planning to give a tour of the facility and explain management system and the programs offered in the dormitory.<br \/>\nParticipation to this\u00a0event is optional. If you have a chance, please sign up and take this oppotunity to explore your future living space.<\/p>\n<h4>Open House Schedule<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Sat. Please understand that the application form will be closed when all the seats are taken without notice.<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4>Registration<\/h4>\n<p>Visit\u3000<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/my.waseda.jp\/application\/noauth\/application-detail-noauth?param=JqQvKlUKRm_uUsMlwOCUrw\">HERE<\/a><\/strong>\u3000to register<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The application form could be closed earlier than designated deadline when all the seats are taken.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Note<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Participating or not participating in this Open House will not affect the screening process.<\/li>\n<li>No parking spaces available. Please use public transportation.<\/li>\n<li>No cloak service nor lockers available at WISH. We kindly suggest you to minimize your belongings when you visit.<\/li>\n<li>If you wish to have this tour in English, please choose 2nd(applicants admitted during the Period1-3) or 3rd (Prospective applicants and Applicants of Period4) tour.<\/li>\n<li>Please bring the following items with you:<br \/>\n1. A pair of slippers<br \/>\n2. the examination admission card<br \/>\n3.\u00a0\u201cBrochure of Student Dormitory 2019\u201d (if you have one already)<\/li>\n<li>Rules of the dormitory would apply to visitors as well.<br \/>\n1. Please be informed that family members of the opposite gender are NOT allowed to enter to the females\u2019nor males\u2019 floors. (i.e. Fathers are not allowed to visit the females\u2019hall and mothers are not allowed to visit males\u2019hall).<br \/>\n2. Even your child is currently living in WISH, family members are NOT allowed to stay overnight in the room.<br \/>\nWe set these rules and regulations in order to protect students\u2019 rights of privacy and security.
