Below is the list of Registration Number of the applicants who are admitted to Waseda University Higashi-Fushimi Student Dormitory and Ichshima Kinen Sendagi Student Dormitory. Please understand that we do not answer any questions regarding screening process.<\/p>\n

For those who are admitted to Waseda University Higashi-Fushimi Student Dormitory and Ichishima Kinen Sendagi Student Dormitory<\/h4>\n

\u3010Contract Period September 6, 2018 to March 15, 2020\u3011<\/h5>\n

The resident may not cancel the contract in the middle of living period except for the reason of studying abroad or military service. And Waseda may permit extension of the Dormitory Period for March 16, 2020 through August 31, 2020.<\/p>\n

*Please note that the extension of the Dormitory period on Ichishima Kinen Sendagi Student Dormitory will not be permitted because the Dormitory will be closed as of March 31st 2020.<\/p>\n

For further details, please check into \u201cThe Entrance Documents\u201d that would arrive to you later.
\nPlease be informed that the dormitory fee will be charged from September 6th, Thursday.<\/p>\n

A packet of entrance documents (such as the contract, the necessary payment information)<\/h3>\n

The packet is planned to be sent on August 3 (Fri), 2018. We will send to a mailing address of applicant himself or herself which the applicant registered on the Online Request Form.<\/p>\n

Regarding movies that introduce the dormitory<\/h3>\n

Please check the web movies of the dormitory that introduce a residential room, before you return the necessary entrance documents.
