For those who are admitted to WISH<\/h4>\n

\u3010Contract Period September 6, 2018 to March 7, 2020\u3011<\/h6>\n

The resident may not cancel the contract in the middle of living period except for the reason of studying abroad or military service. And Waseda may permit extension of the Dormitory Period for March 8, 2020 through August 31, 2020.<\/p>\n

Residence Life Center will inform the successful applicants about the detail schedule for entering the dormitory on the entrance documents.<\/p>\n

A packet of entrance documents (such as the contract, the necessary payment information, and information of the designated company for bringing in luggage)<\/h3>\n

The packet is planned to be sent on July 31 (Tue), 2018. We will send to a mailing address of applicant himself or herself which the applicant registered on the Online Request Form.<\/p>\n

If you did not apply Dormitories operated by Kyoritsu Maintenance Co., Ltd (Waseda University International Dormitories (WID) or Recommended Dormitories) as your second choice and need information of dormitories and private apartments, please refer to the following student housing options and contact them directly:<\/p>\n
