With an RA in each of the four blocks that make up a floor, if there are any questions or problems regarding a student\u2019s life in WISH, they are available to aid and support according to residents\u2019 needs. For the many international students that reside at WISH, adjusting to a new country and communicating in a foreign language can be difficult at first. The RAs try to minimize those bumps and smoothen out that process by helping out with many things such as taking students from the dorm to the school via the trains, alien registration, and course registrations.
