\u4e3b\u4efb\u7814\u7a76\u54e1\u3001\u65e9\u7a32\u7530\u5927\u5b66\u7406\u5de5\u5b66\u8853\u9662\u306e<a href=\"https:\/\/w-rdb.waseda.jp\/html\/100001261_ja.html\">\u6d5c\u7530 \u9053\u662d \u6559\u6388<\/a>\uff08\u517c\uff1a\u7523\u696d\u6280\u8853\u7dcf\u5408\u7814\u7a76\u6240 \u62db\u8058\u7814\u7a76\u54e1\uff09\u3001<a href=\"https:\/\/w-rdb.waseda.jp\/html\/100004060_ja.html\">\u6a2a\u5c71 \u6e90\u592a\u6717 \u52a9\u624b<\/a>\uff08\u517c\uff1a\u7523\u696d\u6280\u8853\u7dcf\u5408\u7814\u7a76\u6240 \u6280\u8853\u7814\u4fee\u54e1\uff09\u3089\u306e\u7814\u7a76\u30b0\u30eb\u30fc\u30d7\u306f\u3001\u5927\u8178\u83cc\u306a\u3069\u306e\u5fae\u751f\u7269\u306b\u3088\u308b\u30bf\u30f3\u30d1\u30af\u8cea\u751f\u7523\u52b9\u7387\u3092\u9ad8\u3081\u308b\u65b0\u6280\u8853\u3092\u958b\u767a\u3057\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<br \/>\n\u7814\u7a76\u30b0\u30eb\u30fc\u30d7\u306f\u3053\u308c\u307e\u3067\u3001\u7279\u5b9a\u306e\u77ed\u3044\u30da\u30d7\u30c1\u30c9\u914d\u5217\u304c\u7ffb\u8a33\u3092\u4fc3\u9032\u3057\u3001\u30ea\u30dc\u30bd\u30fc\u30e0<sup>\u6ce83\uff09<\/sup>\u306e\u505c\u6ede\u3092\u8efd\u6e1b\u3067\u304d\u308b\u3053\u3068\u3092\u5831\u544a\u3057\u3066\u304d\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002\u4eca\u56de\u306e\u7814\u7a76\u3067\u306f\u3053\u306e\u77e5\u898b\u3092\u3082\u3068\u306b\u3001\u4eba\u5de5\u7684\u306b\u30e9\u30f3\u30c0\u30e0\u5316\u3057\u305f\u30da\u30d7\u30c1\u30c9\u30e9\u30a4\u30d6\u30e9\u30ea\u30fc\u3092\u7528\u3044\u3066\u3001\u30ea\u30dc\u30bd\u30fc\u30e0\u306e\u505c\u6ede\uff08ribosome stalling\uff09<sup>\u6ce84\uff09<\/sup>\u3092\u6291\u5236\u3059\u308b\u30da\u30d7\u30c1\u30c9\u3092\u63a2\u7d22\u3057\u3001\u65b0\u305f\u306a\u7ffb\u8a33\u4fc3\u9032\u30da\u30d7\u30c1\u30c9\uff08Translation-Enhancing Peptides\uff1aTEPs\uff09<sup>\u6ce85\uff09<\/sup>\u3092\u591a\u6570\u767a\u898b\u3057\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002\u3053\u308c\u3089\u306eTEPs\u306f\u305d\u308c\u305e\u308c\u7570\u306a\u308b\u5f37\u5ea6\u3067\u7ffb\u8a33\u3092\u4fc3\u9032\u3057\u3001\u30bf\u30f3\u30d1\u30af\u8cea\u751f\u7523\u52b9\u7387\u3092\u5411\u4e0a\u3055\u305b\u308b\u3053\u3068\u304c\u660e\u3089\u304b\u306b\u306a\u308a\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<br \/>\n\u3055\u3089\u306b\u3001\u7814\u7a76\u30b0\u30eb\u30fc\u30d7\u306f\u6a5f\u68b0\u5b66\u7fd2\uff08machine learning\uff09<sup>\u6ce86\uff09<\/sup>\u3092\u7528\u3044\u305fAI\u30e2\u30c7\u30eb\u3092\u69cb\u7bc9\u3057\u3001\u30da\u30d7\u30c1\u30c9\u914d\u5217\u304b\u3089\u7ffb\u8a33\u4fc3\u9032\u6d3b\u6027\u3092\u4e88\u6e2c\u3059\u308b\u3053\u3068\u306b\u6210\u529f\u3057\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002\u3053\u306eAI\u30e2\u30c7\u30eb\u306f\u5b9f\u9a13\u5024\u3068\u9ad8\u3044\u76f8\u95a2\u3092\u793a\u3057\u3001\u76ee\u7684\u306e\u30bf\u30f3\u30d1\u30af\u8cea\u306b\u9069\u3057\u305f\u914d\u5217\u3092\u5408\u7406\u7684\u306b\u8a2d\u8a08\u3067\u304d\u308b\u624b\u6cd5\u3068\u3057\u3066\u5fdc\u7528\u53ef\u80fd\u3067\u3042\u308b\u3053\u3068\u3092\u793a\u3057\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<br \/>\n\u672c\u6210\u679c\u306f\u3001\u5fae\u751f\u7269\u306b\u3088\u308b\u30bf\u30f3\u30d1\u30af\u8cea\u751f\u7523\u306e\u30dc\u30c8\u30eb\u30cd\u30c3\u30af\u3067\u3042\u308b\u7ffb\u8a33\u52b9\u7387\u306e\u554f\u984c\u3092\u89e3\u6c7a\u3059\u308b\u65b0\u305f\u306a\u30a2\u30d7\u30ed\u30fc\u30c1\u3067\u3042\u308a\u3001\u30d0\u30a4\u30aa\u533b\u85ac\u54c1\u3084\u9175\u7d20<sup>\u6ce87\uff09<\/sup>\u3001\u6297\u4f53\u306a\u3069\u306e\u751f\u7523\u3092\u652f\u3048\u308b\u57fa\u76e4\u6280\u8853\u3068\u3057\u3066\u306e\u5fdc\u7528\u304c\u671f\u5f85\u3055\u308c\u307e\u3059\u3002<br \/>\nmRNA\u306e\u60c5\u5831\u3092\u8aad\u307f\u53d6\u308a\u3001\u30a2\u30df\u30ce\u9178\u3092\u9023\u7d50\u3057\u3066\u30bf\u30f3\u30d1\u30af\u8cea\u3092\u5408\u6210\u3059\u308b\u5206\u5b50\u88c5\u7f6e\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6ce84\uff09\u30ea\u30dc\u30bd\u30fc\u30e0\u306e\u505c\u6ede\uff08ribosome stalling\uff09\uff1a<br Peptides\uff1aTEPs\uff09\uff1a<br
