It was found that\u00a0<i>\u03c1<\/i><sub>wp<\/sub>\u00a0monotonically increased from \u223c1\u00b70\u2009Mg\/m<sup>3<\/sup>\u00a0at\u00a0<i>\u03c1<\/i><sub>d<\/sub>\u00a0of 0\u00b73\u2009Mg\/m<sup>3<\/sup>\u00a0to \u223c1\u00b723\u2009Mg\/m<sup>3<\/sup>\u00a0at\u00a0<i>\u03c1<\/i><sub>d<\/sub>\u00a0of 1\u00b78\u2009Mg\/m<sup>3<\/sup>. A review of the available literature revealed that the methodology of accurately measuring\u00a0<i>\u03c1<\/i><sub>wp<\/sub>\u00a0in a full range of water content (<i>w<\/i>) is not available.
