[O\u00a0iii] 88\u00a0<i>\u03bc<\/i>m emission is detected at 10<i>\u03c3<\/i>\u00a0with a spatial resolution of \u223c0.3 kpc in the source plane, enabling the most distant morphokinematic study of a galaxy. The [O\u00a0iii] emission is distributed smoothly without any resolved clumps and shows a clear velocity gradient with \u0394<i>V<\/i><sub>obs<\/sub>\/2<i>\u03c3<\/i><sub>tot<\/sub>\u00a0= 0.84 \u00b1 0.23, where \u0394<i>V<\/i><sub>obs<\/sub>\u00a0is the observed maximum velocity difference and\u00a0<i>\u03c3<\/i><sub>tot<\/sub>\u00a0is the velocity dispersion measured in the spatially integrated line profile, suggesting a rotating system. Assuming a geometrically thin self-gravitating rotation disk model, we obtain\u00a0<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cfn-live-content-bucket-iop-org.s3.amazonaws.com\/journals\/2041-8205\/933\/1\/L19\/revision1\/apjlac7447ieqn1.gif?AWSAccessKeyId=AKIAYDKQL6LTV7YY2HIK&amp;Expires=1659924376&amp;Signature=0UezYU6k4z4Musj8D4K4enQXDXw%3D\" alt=\"${V}_{\\mathrm{rot}}\/{\\sigma }_{V}={0.67}_{-0.26}^{+0.73}$\" \/>, where\u00a0<i>V<\/i><sub>rot<\/sub>\u00a0and\u00a0<i>\u03c3<\/i><sub><i>V<\/i><\/sub>\u00a0are the rotation velocity and velocity dispersion, respectively, still consistent with rotation. The resulting disk mass of\u00a0<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cfn-live-content-bucket-iop-org.s3.amazonaws.com\/journals\/2041-8205\/933\/1\/L19\/revision1\/apjlac7447ieqn2.gif?AWSAccessKeyId=AKIAYDKQL6LTV7YY2HIK&amp;Expires=1659924376&amp;Signature=GXAfOwxggaoTWoF80wWvXumaTNQ%3D\" alt=\"${0.65}_{-0.40}^{+1.37}\\times {10}^{9}$\" \/>\u00a0<i>M<\/i><sub>\u2299<\/sub>\u00a0is consistent with being associated with the stellar mass identified with a 300 Myr old stellar population independently indicated by a Balmer break in the spectral energy distribution.
