The Creation of Asian Coexistence and Network for Realization of Asian Peace
The Institute for AHC was established in 2008 for three goals: Creation for intellectual network based on Asian coexistence supported by active intellectuals, Development and Substantiality of civilian initiative track 2.5 approach between government and NGO, Creation of comprehensive network involved with existing Asian networks.
The AHC aims at human security and non-traditional security in Asia in cooperation with Center for Non-Traditional Security Studies, Nanyang Technology University, Asian Network for Free Elections（ANFREL） and other networks. Finally, the AHC adopts multi-disciplinary research composed of diverse scholars for issues on peace, human rights, conflict, poverty, development, environment, infectious disease and others.
