\u306e\u6b63\u5b54\u79fb\u52d5\u5ea6\u304c\u3001\u73fe\u5728\u30d1\u30ef\u30fc\u534a\u5c0e\u4f53\u3068\u3057\u3066\u811a\u5149\u3092\u6d74\u3073\u3066\u3044\u308b SiC n-MOSFET \u306e\u96fb\u5b50\u30c1\u30e3\u30cd\u30eb\u79fb\u52d5\u5ea6\u3088\u308a\u3082\u9ad8\u304f\u306a\u308b\u6280\u8853\u3092\u958b\u767a\u3057\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002C-O-Si \u7d50\u5408\u3067\u306f\u306a\u304f C-Si-O \u7d50\u5408\u304c\u9375\u3068\u306a\u308a\u307e\u3059\u3002<br \/>\n\u3055\u3089\u306b\u30d1\u30ef\u30fc\u534a\u5c0e\u4f53\u3068\u3057\u3066\u5fc5\u9808\u306e\u30ce\u30fc\u30de\u30ea\u30aa\u30d5\u52d5\u4f5c\u203b2 \u306b\u3064\u3044\u3066\u3001\u305d\u306e\u4fe1\u53f7\u306e\u95be\u5024\u304c 5V \u8868\u9762\u306b\u6bd4\u3079\u3001\u9ad8\u6e29\u3084\u9178\u5316\u306b\u5f37\u3044\u5b89\u5b9a\u306a\u30c7\u30d0\u30a4\u30b9\u3068\u306a\u308a\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002C-Si-O \u8868\u9762\u306f Si \u3084 SiC \u306e\u8868\u9762\u3068\u540c\u69d8\u306e\u305f\u3081\u3001\u534a\u5c0e\u4f53\u88fd\u9020\u5de5\u7a0b\u3067 Si \u3084 SiC \u3068\u540c\u69d8\u306e\u624b\u6cd5\u304c\u4f7f\u3048\u307e\u3059\u3002<br \/>\n\u4eca\u56de\u306e\u7814\u7a76\u6210\u679c\u306b\u3064\u3044\u3066\u306f\u3001\u7c73\u30fb\u30b5\u30f3\u30d5\u30e9\u30f3\u30b7\u30b9\u30b3\u3067 12 \u6708 9 \u65e5\u304b\u3089 13
