It is often said that “Music has no borders”.
\nAnd so the language of music is the ultimate communication tool.<\/p>\n

At Waseda University people from many different countries, places and backgrounds can now all come together to have fun and communicate through the power of song!
\nThat’s what the a cappella concert and workshop is all about!<\/p>\n

First, the well known Waseda circle that produce the ‘Gospellers’ group, the “Street Corner Symphony” will give a mini-concert.
\nYou can really experience the smooth as silk singing voices of this famous group right up-close!<\/p>\n

Then, during the workshop the circle members will guide participants through the song “Stand by me”.
\nYou can experience a cappella under the careful guidance of the circle members and sing along with them.
\nEven beginners will get a thrill singing together with the top singers of Waseda University.
\nIt’s an unmissable chance!<\/p>\n

And after everyone has practiced “Stand by Me”, they will get the chance to perform at the ICC’s 10th Anniversary Celebration Performance
\nFair.
\nIf you want to stand on the big stage at Ono Memorial Hall as part of the a cappella chorus, this is your big chance!<\/p>\n
