\n(It is recommended that participants have at least a basic understanding of Japanese in order to communicate with their homestay family)<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Orientation<\/strong><\/th>\n\u2605Feb. 2nd (Tue), 12:30-1:00pm @ ICC lounge (Bldg. 3, 1F)
\n(Participation at the orientation is mandatory)
\n\u2605If you cannot attend at this time, please consult with the ICC to see if special arrangements can be made.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Accommodation <\/strong><\/th>\nFree!
\n*Note that Yamagata Prefecture Homestay involves a fee of approx. 13,000 yen for staying in a ryokan and hot spring, as well as renting snow-wear.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Meals<\/strong><\/th>\nBreakfast and dinner will be provided by the host family.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Transportation<\/strong><\/th>\nRound trip cost of transportation to the homestay is the responsibility of the participant (more details will be provided to participants.)
