Time<br \/>\nQualifier: June 1st (Mon) &#8211; 8th (Mon)<br \/>\nGrand Final: June 25th (Thu) 6:15-8:00pm<\/li>\n<li>Place<br \/>\n1st floor, Okuma Garden House (Bldg. 25) &amp; Ono Auditorium<\/li>\n<li>Eligibility<br \/>\nGroups of International students and Japanese students currently\u00a0enrolled at Waseda University who love singing<\/li>\n<li>Registration<br \/>\nRequired (See below for details)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"\/inst\/icc\/assets\/uploads\/2015\/10\/karaoke20151.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">poster<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The highly popular ICC Karaoke Contest is back for a second year!<br \/>\nIf you&#8217;re an international student who loves singing Japanese songs,\u00a0then this is the event for YOU!<\/p>\n<p>This year&#8217;s scheduled judges and guest singers include Mr. Teruhisa Tanaka,the winner of the 2013 Karaoke World Championship in Finland and\u00a0current SILS staff member, as well as Keidai Hasehira a 4th year\u00a0student at the Faculty of Commerce and Japan&#8217;s representative at\u00a0last year&#8217;s World Championships.<\/p>\n<p>Let&#8217;s bring the Waseda community together through music and song!<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Contest Summary<\/strong><br \/>\nInternational students and Japanese students currently enrolled\u00a0at Waseda University will sing songs in Japanese and be judged\u00a0on their performance.<br \/>\n8 winners from the qualifying rounds will be chosen to sing at the\u00a0Grand Final in Ono Auditorium, Waseda Campus.<br \/>\n\u203bThe qualifiers and final will use the latest karaoke machines (LIVE DAM \/ LIVE DAM STADIUM).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Target<\/strong><br \/>\nGroups of International students and Japanese students currently\u00a0enrolled at Waseda University who love singing.<br \/>\n\u203b International students can apply individually.<br \/>\n\u203b You may only use up to 2 microphones, regardless of the number\u00a0of people in your group.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Songs<\/strong><br \/>\nSongs composed of mainly Japanese(J-pop, Enka, Children&#8217;s songs, etc. Any song that can be found on the\u00a0database below and that has a for the scoring function is allowed)<br \/>\n\u300cLIVE DAM Karaoke Search\u300d<a href=\"http:\/\/www.clubdam.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">http:\/\/www.clubdam.com\/<\/a>(<a href=\"\/inst\/icc\/assets\/uploads\/2015\/05\/karaoke_search1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">sample<\/a>)<br \/>\n\u203bBefore applying via Waseda=net Portal you must search the above database\u00a0and find the &#8220;Request Number&#8221;
