In this event we will explore coffee from a deeper perspective, with a special focus on espresso. We will also take a closer look at Italian bar culture, which is deeply connected to espresso, and the profession of baristas who play a central role in it.<\/p>\n

For this special event, we are excited to welcome Mr. Chihiro Yokoyama, Japan\u2019s first officially certified Italian barista and Barista Maestro. He will give a lecture along with a live espresso-making demonstration. In addition, all participants will have the rare opportunity to taste authentic espresso prepared by him.<\/p>\n
