ICC’s \u201cJapan-China-Korea Speak Your Mind Camp,\u201d which was very popular last year, will be held again this year! The theme of \u201cJapan-China-Korea\u201d and the 3 days & 2 nights format remain the same, but the content has evolved into something even deeper!<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

About 64% of international students at Waseda University are from China and Korea.
\nWith Japan, the three nations are neighbors geographically and closely tied together from ancient times.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Although they seem to have similar cultures, they actually have many differences once you take a closer look.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In this camp, we go beyond simply exploring <\/span>what<\/span><\/i> is different, we dive into <\/span>why<\/span><\/i> these differences exist, and explore the historical, political, and cultural backgrounds behind them.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\n<\/span>\u201cFami<\/span>l<\/span>liar, but still full of surprises\u201d\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

A 3-day exchange camp at Kamogawa seminar house (Chiba prefecture) is a great chance to get to know each other through various activities. We hope that this will be an opportunity to deepen bonds with our participants by noticing commonalities and differences.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
