\nWhy not come and experience this culture of Omusubi (Onigiri) ?<\/p>\n

Omusubi\u3000is Japan\u2019s beloved soul food.<\/p>\n

The word “Omusubi” carries the beautiful meaning of “tying together” or “forming a good connection” between people. Once you master how to make them, you can pack them in your lunch box or recreate them back home to share Japanese culture with others.<\/p>\n

In this workshop, you will learn the techniques and philosophy of the late Hatsume Sato, known as the “Mother Teresa of Tohoku.” We will have a “Musubi (Onigiri) Artisan” to teach us how to make soft, fluffy, and perfectly rounded onigiri, following the method of Hatsume Sato.<\/p>\n

The instructions are gentle and easy to follow, so anyone can do it!<\/p>\n

Let\u2019s make, eat, and enjoy intercultural exchange through Omusubi!<\/p>\n
