However, I gradually realized that I had unconsciously internalized certain stereotypes about specific countries and regions. Yet, as I<\/span> came to Japan and<\/span> began living in a different cultural environment and engaging directly with people, I came to understand that such impressions do not necessarily reflect reality. In fact, I encountered many warm, thoughtful individuals who deeply valued interpersonal care. These real-life experiences stood in stark contrast to the one-sided information I had absorbed online. Through these encounters, I came to believe that genuine understanding and trust are built not through distant observation, but through direct dialogue and human connection. It made me realize how rewarding it is to be part of the team that supports such intercultural exchange.
