You might have seen them adorning celebratory envelopes or New Year\u2019s decorations in Japan, where multiple cords are often combined to create intricate designs. <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Mizuhiki<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> carries deep symbolic meanings, such as warding off evil spirits and symbolizing the bonds bet<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">ween people.
