The main reason comes from my experience in Germany. I studied in Germany for a year as an exchange student and communicated and interacted with a variety of people who had different background. Since my university there, TUM, offered many opportunities to exchange cultures each other and every event was well planned, my experience there are unforgettably great.\u00a0 Because of this experience, I decided to become someone who offers opportunities to exchange cultures and let everybody feels interesting difference between each culture, after I went back to Japan.<\/p>\n

In my opinion, planning your own events or supporting other’s events responsibly and completing those events is rewarding. Of course, since you have big responsibility for events you involve with, it costs a lot, but once you accomplish that, it pays off and you recognize that you have grown up.<\/p>\n

Currently, we often hear the word “Cultural Exchange” or “International”. That means understanding other cultures and getting abilities to adapt to completely different environment are getting more important from many perspectives. Of course, it takes time, and you need to be patient.
