To address the issues of food supply and environmental impact, insects, which are high in protein and rich in amino acids, are attracting attention as food for people.<\/p>\n<p>At this event, we will welcome <a href=\"https:\/\/ecologgie.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ecologgie inc<\/a>, a pioneer in edible insect development, to talk about the potential of insects as food and their
