Language and Culture Exchange Program (Spring 2022)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.waseda.jp\/inst\/icc\/assets\/uploads\/2022\/03\/LCE2022-3.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Poster<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The highly popular ICC Language and Culture Exchange Program is back!<\/p>\n<p>Do you want to practice Japanese or another language?<\/p>\n<p>How about finding out more about another country or culture?<\/p>\n<p>Want to make new friends on campus?<\/p>\n<p>If so, then this is perfect for you!<\/p>\n<p>In this program, interested learners within Waseda University are matched in pairs or threes to teach each other.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Participants\u2019 Comments<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;We started as language partners but we also grew a friendship. I really appreciate that I have been given this great opportunity.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Getting to know someone interested in learning my language made our interactions easier since we could understand each other\u2019s feelings. I&#8217;m very happy that I got to meet a new friend.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It is a good program to practice language skills outside the classroom, in a more relaxed and informal way.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>It&#8217;s a great way to improve your language skills while making friends and learning about other cultures, no matter where you are.
