Hearing \u201ca French corporation\u201d normally brings to mind fashion and art, but actually there are also many leading companies in the IT industry. One of them is Dassault Syst\u00e8mes, France\u2019s largest software company.<\/p>\n

People in science and engineering may know it as a 3D CAD company. Its technology is employed in next-generation mobility such as automated driving, aircraft, massive Olympic stadiums, smart-city projects in many countries and all sorts of other areas. Closer to our daily lives, Dassault Syst\u00e8mes\u2019 technology is also utilized in the selection of materials, performance testing and analysis of purchasing behavior for fashion and household goods. Early this year in Wuhan, China, Dassault Syst\u00e8mes\u2019 technology helped design ventilation to prevent the spread of infection in the hospital built to cope with the COVID-19 epidemic.<\/p>\n

The company is composed of over 20,000 employees from around the world and run business in over 140 countries. Employees around the world are connected by an internal cloud platform, allowing them to share a mission, bring their own skills and knowledge and freely exchange their thoughts to tackle and solve problems. In addition, centered on members of its Women\u2019s Initiative (WIN) from offices around the world, a variety of efforts are being made to help women and all employees shine in their work.<\/p>\n

\nAfter university, she has worked in marketing team at American software company, foreign financial firms and a French financial institution. After serving in various positions in the marketing field, she joined Dassault Syst\u00e8mes Japan in 2019. As Japan Marketing Director, she works out and executes marketing strategies to further enhance the company presence in the Japan market delivering the value of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, Dassault Syst\u00e8mes\u2019 solution.<\/p>\n
