Brunei Darussalam, the name meaning \u201cthe country of eternal peace\u201d.<\/p>\n

With its famous golden mosque, abundant nature and diversity, Brunei often evokes the image of a country that is \u201cthe most abundant in the world\u201d and \u201ca safe country\u201d in people\u2019s minds. And actually, in this country filled with natural resources, income tax, resident tax, education and even the highways are all free! As well as that, the splendid Islamic architecture, the world\u2019s largest on water settlement and the Islamic marketplaces are just some of the plentiful attractions available for tourists.<\/p>\n

Also, Japan and Brunei have a long and close relationship that began with cooperation on energy and has since been built up and become deeper by both sides.<\/p>\n

Now at the ICC, with the cooperation of the Brunei Japan Friendship Association, we present a special online cafe event featuring students from the University of Brunei Darussalam and Brunei Institute of Technology!<\/p>\n

This is a great chance to hear directly from students from Brunei!<\/p>\n

After a presentation introducing Brunei, its culture and their universities, participants will be split into small groups to chat together.<\/p>\n

This is a fantastic opportunity to make new friends from Brunei through online even during this period of limitations of travel created by the coronavirus.<\/p>\n
