Ireland, an island overflowing with wild nature, magnificent historical remnants and mysterious scenery with pathos, is the centre of the Celtic culture which has produced thousands of myths and folktales. It is also famous for its beer, as well as its music, being the birthplace of world-famous artists like U2.
What would it be like to be a student in this place surrounded by the abundance of nature? I bet you’d like to know more!
Now at the ICC we have invited students from the University of Limerick, to hold an online interaction café event with us!
The University of Limerick is a national university of the Republic of Ireland and one of the top institutions in the country.
It is famous for its campus surrounded by rich green nature and in 2018 it was nominated as the sixth most ecological university in the world in the suburban campus environment category.
You can get to know more about Ireland and Celtic culture! Since one of Ireland’s official languages is English, those who want to practice their English with native speakers are very welcome! The students from Limerick are studying Japanese so you can also interact with them in Japanese too.
So sign up and come along to enjoy chatting with students of the University of Limerick in Japanese and English!
- Live presentations by Limerick students and Waseda students (20 min)
