Come join this special outing to the scenic Tokorozawa campus!

40 (In the event of a large number of applications are received, a random lottery will be held to decide participants, with the results to be announced by email on Friday, April 11th.)

12:00pm - 1:00pm Lunch*
*Boiled rice mixed with sliced bamboo shoot, etc.

What are Bamboo Shoots?

The tender-crisp, ivory-colored shoot of an edible species of bamboo plant.
They are used in numerous Asian dishes and broths.
