To All Patients Visiting the Health Support Center<\/p>\n

The validity periods of current health insurance certificates\/cards are expiring in sequence, with all cards ultimately expiring on December 1, 2025. To receive insurance-covered medical treatment going forward, you must present either your \u201cHealth Insurance Eligibility Certificate(\u8cc7\u683c\u78ba\u8a8d\u66f8)\u201d <\/b><\/u> or \u201cMy Number Card\u201d at hospital or pharmacy reception.<\/p>\n

*If no valid document is presented, you will be required to pay the full cost of your visit, as has been the case previously.
\n*When visiting the Health Support Center, students must also present their student ID, and faculty\/staff must also present their faculty\/staff ID.<\/p>\n

If you have questions about your Health Insurance Eligibility Certificate, contact your insurance provider (for example, your city or town office if you have National Health Insurance).<\/p>\n
