In this event, after watching a documentary film “DO YOU SEE ME NOW” produced by an international student currently studying at Waseda University, we had time that the filmmakers answer questions from the participants. GS Center thinks participants were able to deepen their understanding of feminism.<\/p>\n

Despite the fact that the event was held one week after the event was announced, 33 participants came and watched the film. Waseda University students, students from other universities and the general public also participated.<\/p>\n

\u4eca\u56de\u306f\u8cb4\u91cd\u306a\u6a5f\u4f1a\u3092\u3042\u308a\u304c\u3068\u3046\u3054\u3056\u3044\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002
\n\u30fbIt was very interesting. I wish it could’ve had a bigger stage and a bigger focus on interaction, but that is not a problem of the film or the presenters, but the time and equipment constraint.
\n\u30fbInformative, fascinating, new perspective.
\n\u30fbVery informative, got a deep look on opinions of people who are involved.
\n\u30fbIt was very nice to gather together with people interesting in feminism and watch the documentary. On the other hand, I thought that many questions focused on queer issues, not just feminism, which made me have the impression that many people might still feel a bit of unfamiliar about the topic regarding women\u02bcs life or something like that. Anyway, it was very grateful and insightful to have this kind of event on campus!
