look ahead, and, above all else, enjoy yourself.\u201d Commenting on the conflicts she experienced when changing careers, Kusamoto said, \u201cIt\u2019s up to you to make decisions. You are advised to be bold and move forward.\u201d<\/p>\n<h4>Voice of the participant<\/h4>\n<p>As a foreign female student, I learned deeply about the circumstances of women in science and technology who work in Japanese society. Though my career path may differ from the speakers, I hope to utilize what I learned today when I face similar obstacles in the future.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><span class=\"st\">ZHAO
