Another purpose is to foster effective human networks to help stimulate research motivation.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This year marked the 10th iteration of the Tea Time symposium. To better ascertain the needs of the attendees, a questionnaire survey was conducted prior to the event. They introduced the support systems available at their respective companies and offered valuable suggestions and practical advice on balancing work with life events. The second part of the symposium featured a panel discussion, where the instructors responded to questions from the audience at the venue and pre-submitted questions.
