As a major change, &#8220;Postnatal Dad Childcare Leave&#8221; was created, which allows not only postpartum mothers but also their spouses to take leave immediately after the birth of their child. The leave can be taken for up to 4 weeks in total within 8 weeks after the birth of the child, and it can also be taken in two parts.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, childcare leave can now be divided in blocks (previously, this was not possible).
