While Romanticism has influenced greatly the sensibility of European and other countries\u2019 audiences and listeners, they could not appreciate the worldview of Metastasio, in which friendship is more highly regarded than romantic love. I would like to explain the worldview of Metastasio and compare it with that of Romanticism.<\/li>\n<li>Profile of Presenter : Professor of Meiji University.
