Please read the instructions below.<br \/>\n<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><br \/>\n*Non-CJL students should follow the instructions from their affiliated school offices.<br \/>\n<\/span>*Please note that the instructors of each course will make the final decision of the consideration. Completing the procedure below does not guarantee consideration for your absences.<\/p>\n<h3>Applicable Cases<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">When your vaccination appointment overlaps with your class:<br \/>\n<\/span>Although students are recommended to avoid scheduling a vaccination that overlaps with their class hours,<span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"> there may be inevitable cases<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"> such as when the waiting time is unexpectedly long or when they are forced to reschedule their<\/span> appointments.
