\uff5eThis page is for students whose Student ID Numbers begin with 9225C or 9226B\uff5e<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

A Diploma will be sent free of charge from the CJL office at the end of September 2026 (*).<\/p>\n

They will be delivered in October 2026 or later<\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n

Consequently, if you require any certificates, please follow the procedures below.<\/p>\n

(*) A Diploma will be sent only to those who have fulfilled the requirements for completion<\/a>.\u00a0 It is not possible to specify the timing of shipment.<\/p>\n

\u30001. Certificates that can be applied online<\/strong><\/h3>\n

For a Transcript of Academic Record, a GPA certificate and a Certificate of Enrollment Duration, please submit a regular online application at the Waseda Portal Office (WPO) website<\/a>.<\/p>\n

A download link for the digital certificate (PDF data of the certificate) can be sent directly to your employer, educational or research institution, etc.<\/p>\n

\u30fbIf you apply online, shipping fees apply for certificates other than digital certificates.<\/p>\n

\u30fbPlease be sure to check below to find out when online application will be available.<\/p>\n

\u30002. Application at the CJL Office (Deadline: 31 July 2026)<\/h3>\n

In the following cases, applications could be made at the CJL office and the certificates could be sent, free of charge, with your Diploma (*).<\/p>\n

\u30fbEligible cases:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. If you require a certificate for which online application is not available (please check here<\/a> for a list of ineligible certificates)<\/p>\n

2. If you are not in a hurry and wish to receive your certificate(s) with your Diploma (free of charge)<\/p>\n

\u30fbApplication deadline: Until Friday, 31 July 2026<\/p>\n

\u30fbHow to apply: Please bring the required documents and cash to the CJL Office (4th floor, Building 22) during opening hours<\/a>.\u00a0 For further details, please refer to How to Apply for Certificates<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

(*) A Certificate of Completion will be issued if you have fulfilled the completion requirements.\u00a0 If you have not fulfilled the requirements, a Certificate of Enrollment Duration will be issued.<\/p>\n

  • Valid ID (original): e.g.) Waseda University student ID card, passport, or residence card.<\/li>\n
  • Cash for the certificate fee (300 yen per sheet)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    *Payments for the certificate fee can only be made in cash.<\/p>\n

    Examples of unavailable payment methods:
    \nBank transfers, credit cards, other electronic payments, bank checks, sending money by mail, International Reply Coupon, payment by postal stamp for certificate fees<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

\u30003. Mandatory Procedure for All Students (Mid-July)<\/h3>\n

Please register the address to receive your Diploma and\/or the certificates through the “Shipping Address Registration Form for Diploma\/Transcripts”.\u00a0 The form will be sent to your Waseda email address in the middle of July 2026.\u00a0 Please check your Waseda email and complete it by the due date.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
