Universitas\u00a021 (U21) is an international network of 27 leading research-intensive universities founded in 1997.\u00a0Waseda\u00a0University has been a member of Universitas21 Network from Japan and contributing a various U21 activity.<\/span><\/p>\n

The U21 Sustainable Micro-Internships are a 2-week online programme designed to give students the opportunity to collaborate with peers from across our global network. You will be introduced to an organisation that is actively working on advancing one or more of the UN Sustainable Development Goals, and you will be set a real-life current organisational challenge to work on, in small groups.<\/span><\/p>\n

This\u00a0exclusive opportunity\u00a0is only available to students at\u00a0U21 member\u00a0universities<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0is open to\u00a0students\u202fof all disciplines.<\/span><\/p>\n

Throughout the programme participants\u202fwill engage with and learn from students across the globe.<\/span><\/p>\n

Over the two-week programme, you will be presented with an ongoing sustainability challenge from your host employer and work in groups to innovate a solution and how to communicate this with senior stakeholders.
