Are you tired and want to refresh yourself?

\nDo you want to mix with different people and cultures?<\/p>\n

In the middle of the Tokyo urban jungle would you not like feel the touch of nature as you run around the beautiful Imperial Palace?
\nBelow the golden leaves and in the crisp autumn air, let’s work up a sweat and refresh!<\/p>\n

But wait! You don’t have confidence in your fitness? Don’t worry!
\nJust indicate your level on the application form and we’ll make a group to suit your pace.
\nYou can run with others at a speed that is comfortable for each other.
\nThere’s no time limit, so even if you’re not a regular at exercise, please come along and join us!<\/p>\n

After the run we will have a warm down and time for conversation and relaxing in the North Park with juice and tea.
\nRelax, chat and rest your tired muscles under the golden brown leaves!<\/p>\n

Please come dressed in sportswear and meet at ICC Lounge. (Building 3, 1st Floor)
\nAfterwards all participants move together to the Imperial Palace, run and finish in the North Park.<\/p>\n
