With over 400 participants from more than 25 countries and regions including Japanese students at Waseda, the Lunar New Year Celebration Party organized by an NPO body, Bridge Asia Foundation was held at Royal Hall, Rihga Royal Hotel on Friday, February 16th.
At the party, students celebrated the Lunar New Year with series of events including welcome speech by the president of Waseda University, Professor Kamata, music performance by Waseda’s circle members, interaction between overseas students and Japanese students, and wonderful prize drawing.
From Waseda, around 300 students have registered for the party. We hope that the event has been a great opportunity for participants to build international friendships!
