What is the Job Matching Fair?<\/p>\n
This is an event to connect companies that are recruiting and students who are looking for a job.<\/p>\n
The following people are eligible for this event.
\n(1)\u00a0 Undergraduate and master’s students (regular students) who are expected to graduate or complete their studies in September 2024 or March 2025.
\n(2)\u00a0 Doctoral students and post-doctoral students who wish to join the company in April 2025.
\n(3)\u3010Waseda graduates\u3011* (Waseda University degree holders) who graduated\/completed between March 2022 and March 2024.<\/p>\n
*Post-graduates are required to \u201cRegister to use the Career Center\u201d in order to participate in the Career Center.
\nPlease note that those who have graduated from Waseda University and are now graduate students at other universities cannot join the event.<\/p>\n
This time, we would like to inform you of the \u201cSummer Job Matching Fair\u201d to be held during the summer vacation.<\/p>\n

0. “What is Job Matching Fair?” Session on Friday, July 26, 15:30-17:00 online<\/a><\/p>\n This is an information session about the Job Matching Fair and how to participate. 1. Outline If you participate* in the Summer Job Matching Fair, you will receive special benefits such as a shortened selection process. *Participants are those who have applied using the form dedicated to this event.<\/p>\n (2) Mutual understanding event between companies and yourself: \u201cCompany Session\u201d and \u201cSummer Scout Session\u201d. \u25c6July 31st (Wed) *Only the afternoon session will be held. \u25c6August 1st(Thu) Time Schedule is as follows.<\/p>\n \uff1cMorning Session\uff1e 8\/1 only \uff1cAfternoon Session\uff1e 7\/31 & 8\/1 *90-second greeting from each participating company (company introduction)<\/p>\n <Summer Scout Session><\/p>\n August 28 (Wed.) – August 29 (Thu.) 11\uff1a00\uff5e12\uff1a30<\/p>\n *If there are not enough applicants, the meeting may be held for one day.<\/p>\n Summer Scout Session is for students participating in the scouting method. <\/p>\n (3) Companies willing to hire Waseda University students will participate!<\/p>\n You can view the details of participating companies on Career Compass or the link below.<\/p>\n
\nWe will talk about how to enter and how to make the most of the Matching Fair.
\nMr. Okazaki, a well-known lecturer at Open Chat, will talk about the key points of job hunting,
\nand effective use of the Matching Fair.
\nThose who wish to participate in the matching fair cannot miss the information session!<\/p>\n
\n(1) Exclusive to the Job Matching Fair! You will receive a selection process with special benefits!<\/p>\n
\nThe selection process differs from company to company. Please check the selection schedule carefully from the company information.
\nCompany information will be released by CareerCompass on Friday, July 26! Graduates will be notified separately.<\/p>\n
\nWe will hold face-to-face mutual understanding events where you can learn about the company and yourself.
\nCompanies will gather at the Waseda Campus International Conference Center!
\nThis is a chance to meet new people you have never known before.
