\nIn addition, interactive\u00a0<\/span><\/b>communication opportunities such as Presentations\u00a0<\/span><\/b>by PhD candidates & Networking sessions are also prepared!\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

How to apply<\/h4>\n

This event is exclusive for students enrolled at Waseda University and Keio University.
\nPlease refrain from attending if you are not a student of Waseda University or Keio University.<\/p>\n

\nPlease register here.<\/a>
\n*There are three types of “Application Ticket Types”: (1) Poster Presentation, (2) Poster Exhibition, and (3) General Participation.
\nPlease check the details on the reservation form and apply for one type of ticket.
\n*Participation and midway entry and exit are permitted in units of programs.<\/p>\n

(Application deadline)
\n\u25a0 Doctoral students and postdoctoral fellows who will give a [Poster Presentation] or [Poster Display].
\nW-SPRING students: Thursday, October 20, 12:00 pm (noon)
\nOther students: Monday, October 31, 9:00 am<\/p>\n

\u25a0[General Participation] *Non-presenting students, undergraduate and master’s students, etc.
\nApplications accepted until the day of the event.<\/p>\n

*However, the application process may be terminated even before the deadline, taking into consideration the capacity of the venue.<\/p>\n
