On August 18, 2025, a delegation from the Egypt-Japan University of Science and Technology (E-JUST), including Professor Emeritus Shuji Hashimoto, First Vice President, and Professor Sameh A. Nada, Vice President for Education and Academic Affairs, visited the Shinjuku Demonstration Center of the Advanced Collaborative Research Organization for Smart Society (ACROSS) at Waseda University.<\/p>\n

The delegation was welcomed by Professor Gemma, Vice President for International Affairs and International Fundraising of Waseda University. Following the welcome remarks, Professor Hayashi, Chair of ACROSS, introduced the initiatives of ACROSS and conducted the lab tour of the Shinjuku Demonstration Center.<\/p>\n
