Mr. Sho Shimabukuro (2020 graduate) from the Faculty of Sport Sciences participated <\/span><\/span>for the first time in the main match of the<\/span><\/span> Wimbledon Championships (men’s singles), one of <\/span><\/span>the four major international tennis tournaments<\/span><\/span>,<\/span><\/span><\/span> held from July 3, 2023.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/span>
Mr. Shimabukuro advanced through the qualifying round by winning three qualifying matches, <\/span><\/span>and although he was eliminated in the first<\/span><\/span><\/span> round of the main tournament, he achieved the <\/span><\/span>feat of participating in the main round for the first time in<\/span><\/span> one of<\/span><\/span> the four major tournaments.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
