Sports entrance and award ceremonies were held on the same day by the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.waseda.jp\/inst\/athletic\/en\/\"> Athletic Center<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.waseda.jp\/top\/assets\/uploads\/2016\/06\/160610_02.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" \/><\/p>\n<p>44 newly inducted club members donned their brand new uniforms and marched proudly from Takadanobaba to the Waseda campus under the warm weather, receiving words of encouragement from local residents and parents along the way.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.waseda.jp\/top\/assets\/uploads\/2016\/06\/160610_03.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The oath ceremony started once the new club members arrived in front of Okuma Auditorium. Two representatives from the inducted members recited the swear-in speech and exhibited Waseda&#8217;s athletic spirit inherited from upperclassmen.
