Results showed distinct activation patterns between groups despite comparable overall activity levels. Athletes exhibited higher root mean square (RMS) values in the biceps femoris long head (BFlh) during BHE and a tendency toward BFlh-dominant activation.<br \/>\nConversely, active nonathletes showed significantly higher median frequency (MF) values, greater reliance on the semitendinosus (ST) with lower BFlh\/ST ratios, and higher superficial trunk muscle activation under specific conditions. These findings suggest that training status is associated with differences in task-specific hamstring and trunk coordination strategies during eccentric loading, highlighting the importance of tailored training and rehabilitation programs.<\/p>\n<h3>\u3053\u308c\u307e\u3067\u306e\u7814\u7a76\u3067\u5206\u304b\u3063\u3066\u3044\u305f\u3053\u3068\uff0fResearch Background<\/h3>\n<p>\u30cf\u30e0\u30b9\u30c8\u30ea\u30f3\u30b0\u30b9\u306e\u30a8\u30ad\u30bb\u30f3\u30c8\u30ea\u30c3\u30af\uff08\u4f38\u5f35\u6027\uff09\u904b\u52d5\u306f\u3001\u30b9\u30dd\u30fc\u30c4\u73fe\u5834\u306e\u30c8\u30ec\u30fc\u30cb\u30f3\u30b0\u3084\u30ea\u30cf\u30d3\u30ea\u30c6\u30fc\u30b7\u30e7\u30f3\u306b\u304a\u3044\u3066\u5e83\u304f\u7528\u3044\u3089\u308c\u3066\u3044\u308b\u3002\u3057\u304b\u3057\u3001\u500b\u4eba\u306e\u7af6\u6280\u30ec\u30d9\u30eb\u3084\u904b\u52d5\u6b74\uff08\u30c8\u30ec\u30fc\u30cb\u30f3\u30b0\u30b9\u30c6\u30fc\u30bf\u30b9\uff09\u306e\u9055\u3044\u304c\u3001\u3053\u308c\u3089\u904b\u52d5\u4e2d\u306e\u795e\u7d4c\u7b4b\u6d3b\u6027\u5316\u30d1\u30bf\u30fc\u30f3\u306b\u3069\u306e\u3088\u3046\u306b\u5f71\u97ff\u3092\u4e0e\u3048\u308b\u304b\u306b\u3064\u3044\u3066\u306f\u3001\u3053\u308c\u307e\u3067\u672a\u89e3\u660e\u3067\u3042\u3063\u305f \u3002<\/p>\n<p>Eccentric hamstring exercises are widely used in training and rehabilitation settings. However, how neuromuscular activation patterns vary according to an individual&#8217;s training status remains unclear.<\/p>\n<h3>\u4eca\u56de\u306e\u7814\u7a76\u3067\u65b0\u305f\u306b\u5b9f\u73fe\u3057\u3088\u3046\u3068\u3057\u305f\u3053\u3068\u3001\u660e\u3089\u304b\u306b\u306a\u3063\u305f\u3053\u3068\uff0fFindings<\/h3>\n<p>\u672c\u7814\u7a76\u306b\u3088\u308a\u3001\u65e5\u9803\u306e\u7dcf\u6d3b\u52d5\u91cf\u304c\u540c\u7a0b\u5ea6\u3067\u3042\u3063\u3066\u3082\u3001\u30a2\u30b9\u30ea\u30fc\u30c8\u3068\u6d3b\u52d5\u7684\u306a\u6210\u4eba\u3067\u306f\u30a8\u30ad\u30bb\u30f3\u30c8\u30ea\u30c3\u30af\u904b\u52d5\u4e2d\u306e\u795e\u7d4c\u7b4b\u6d3b\u52d5\u30d1\u30bf\u30fc\u30f3\u304c\u7570\u306a\u308b\u3053\u3068\u304c\u660e\u3089\u304b\u306b\u306a\u3063\u305f \u3002\u30a2\u30b9\u30ea\u30fc\u30c8\u306f BHE \u4e2d\u306b\u5927\u817f\u4e8c\u982d\u7b4b\u9577\u982d\uff08BFlh\uff09\u306e\u6d3b\u52d5\u304c\u9ad8\u304f\u3001BFlh \u512a\u4f4d\u306e\u6d3b\u6027\u5316\u50be\u5411\u3092\u793a\u3057\u305f \u3002\u4e00\u65b9\u3001\u6d3b\u52d5\u7684\u306a\u6210\u4eba\u306f\u534a\u8171\u69d8\u7b4b\uff08ST\uff09\u3078\u306e\u4f9d\u5b58\u5ea6\u304c\u9ad8\u304f\u3001\u7279\u5b9a\u306e\u30bf\u30b9\u30af\u6761\u4ef6\u4e0b\u3067\u8868\u5c64\u4f53\u5e79\u7b4b\u306e\u6d3b\u6027\u5316\u304c\u3088\u308a\u9ad8\u304f\u306a\u308b\u3053\u3068\u304c\u793a\u3055\u308c\u305f \u3002<\/p>\n<p>The study revealed distinct neuromuscular activation patterns between athletes and physically active nonathletes, despite comparable overall activity levels. Athletes exhibited higher BFlh activation during BHE and a tendency toward BFlh-dominant activation. In contrast, physically active nonathletes demonstrated a greater reliance on the ST and higher activation of superficial trunk muscles under specific task conditions.<\/p>\n<h3>\u305d\u306e\u305f\u3081\u306b\u65b0\u3057\u304f\u958b\u767a\u3057\u305f\u624b\u6cd5\uff0fMethods developed<\/h3>\n<p>2 \u7a2e\u985e\u306e\u30a8\u30ad\u30bb\u30f3\u30c8\u30ea\u30c3\u30af\u904b\u52d5\uff08INHE \u3068 BHE\uff09\u6642\u306b\u304a\u3051\u308b\u30cf\u30e0\u30b9\u30c8\u30ea\u30f3\u30b0\u30b9\u304a\u3088\u3073\u4f53\u5e79\u7b4b\u7fa4\u306e\u591a\u89d2\u7684\u306a\u795e\u7d4c\u7b4b\u6d3b\u52d5\uff08RMS\u3001\u4e2d\u592e\u5024\u5468\u6ce2\u6570\u3001\u304a\u3088\u3073 BFlh\/ST \u6d3b\u6027\u5316\u6bd4\u7387\uff09\u3092\u3001\u8868\u9762\u7b4b\u96fb\u56f3\uff08sEMG\uff09\u3092\u7528\u3044\u3066\u975e\u4fb5\u8972\u7684\u306b\u8a08\u6e2c\u30fb\u8a55\u4fa1\u3057\u3001\u500b\u4eba\u9593\u306b\u304a\u3051\u308b\u591a\u7b4b\u5354\u8abf\u6226\u7565\u3092\u6bd4\u8f03\u5206\u6790\u3059\u308b\u624b\u6cd5\u3092\u7528\u3044\u305f \u3002<\/p>\n<p>A comparative evaluation method utilizing surface electromyography (sEMG) to examine and contrast multi-muscle coordination strategies (including RMS, median frequency, and the BFlh\/ST activation ratio) during specific eccentric tasks (INHE and BHE) across different populations.<\/p>\n<h3>\u7814\u7a76\u306e\u6ce2\u53ca\u52b9\u679c\u3084\u793e\u4f1a\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\uff0fResearch implications to the society<\/h3>\n<p>\u672c\u7814\u7a76\u306e\u77e5\u898b\u306f\u3001\u30b9\u30dd\u30fc\u30c4\u73fe\u5834\u306b\u304a\u3051\u308b\u50b7\u5bb3\u4e88\u9632\u3084\u30ea\u30cf\u30d3\u30ea\u30c6\u30fc\u30b7\u30e7\u30f3\u306e\u6700\u9069\u5316\u306b\u8ca2\u732e\u3059\u308b\u3002\u3059\u3079\u3066\u306e\u4eba\u306b\u4e00\u5f8b\u306e\u904b\u52d5\u3092\u51e6\u65b9\u3059\u308b\u306e\u3067\u306f\u306a\u304f\u3001\u5bfe\u8c61\u8005\u306e\u904b\u52d5\u80cc\u666f\uff08\u30a2\u30b9\u30ea\u30fc\u30c8\u304b\u4e00\u822c\u6210\u4eba\u304b\uff09\u306b\u5fdc\u3058\u305f\u3001\u3088\u308a\u52b9\u679c\u7684\u3067\u30c6\u30fc\u30e9\u30fc\u30e1\u30a4\u30c9\u306a\u30a8\u30ad\u30bb\u30f3\u30c8\u30ea\u30c3\u30af\u30c8\u30ec\u30fc\u30cb\u30f3\u30b0\u30d7\u30ed\u30b0\u30e9\u30e0\u306e\u69cb\u7bc9\u304c\u53ef\u80fd\u3068\u306a\u308b \u3002<\/p>\n<p>These findings provide a scientific basis for optimizing injury prevention and rehabilitation. It suggests that hamstring conditioning and eccentric exercise prescriptions should be customized based on an individual&#8217;s athletic background rather than utilizing a one-size-fits-all approach.<\/p>\n<h3>\u4eca\u5f8c\u306e\u8ab2\u984c\uff0fFuture issues<\/h3>\n<p>\u672c\u7814\u7a76\u306e\u7d50\u679c\u306f\u95a2\u9023\u6027\u3092\u793a\u3059\u8a18\u8ff0\u7684\u306a\u3082\u306e\u3067\u3042\u308b\u305f\u3081\u3001\u4eca\u5f8c\u306f\u3053\u308c\u3089\u306e\u795e\u7d4c\u7b4b\u6d3b\u52d5\u30d1\u30bf\u30fc\u30f3\u306e\u9055\u3044\u304c\u751f\u3058\u308b\u56e0\u679c\u95a2\u4fc2\u306e\u89e3\u660e\u3001\u9577\u671f\u7684\u306a\u30c8\u30ec\u30fc\u30cb\u30f3\u30b0\u9069\u5fdc\u306b\u3088\u308b\u5909\u5316\u306e\u8ffd\u8de1\u3001\u304a\u3088\u3073\u5b9f\u969b\u306e\u50b7\u5bb3\u4e88\u9632\u52b9\u679c\u306b\u5bfe\u3059\u308b\u76f4\u63a5\u7684\u306a\u691c\u8a3c\u304c\u5fc5\u8981\u3067\u3042\u308b \u3002<\/p>\n<p>Since the current findings are associative and descriptive, future longitudinal research is needed to establish causal relationships, investigate long-term training adaptations, and evaluate the direct efficacy of these patterns on injury prevention.<\/p>\n<h3>\u7814\u7a76\u8005\u306e\u30b3\u30e1\u30f3\u30c8\uff0fResearcher\u2019s Comment<\/h3>\n<p>\u65e5\u9803\u306e\u904b\u52d5\u91cf\u304c\u540c\u7a0b\u5ea6\u3067\u3042\u3063\u3066\u3082\u3001\u30a2\u30b9\u30ea\u30fc\u30c8\u3068\u4e00\u822c\u306e\u6d3b\u52d5\u7684\u306a\u6210\u4eba\u3067\u306f\u3001\u30a8\u30ad\u30bb\u30f3\u30c8\u30ea\u30c3\u30af\u8ca0\u8377\u306b\u5bfe\u3059\u308b\u8eab\u4f53\uff08\u30cf\u30e0\u30b9\u30c8\u30ea\u30f3\u30b0\u30b9\u3068\u4f53\u5e79\uff09\u306e\u4f7f\u3044\u65b9\u304c\u7570\u306a\u308b\u3053\u3068\u304c\u5206\u304b\u308a\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002\u672c\u77e5\u898b\u304c\u3001\u73fe\u5834\u306e\u30b3\u30fc\u30c1\u3084\u7406\u5b66\u7642\u6cd5\u58eb\u306e\u7686\u69d8\u304c\u3088\u308a\u5b89\u5168\u3067\u52b9\u679c\u7684\u306a\u904b\u52d5\u51e6\u65b9\u3092\u884c\u3046\u4e00\u52a9\u3068\u306a\u308c\u3070\u5e78\u3044\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Our study demonstrates that even with similar overall physical activity levels, athletes and active adults employ different muscle coordination strategies during eccentric loading.
