\n\u300cTowards practical access to P-chirogenic phosphorous compounds\u300d<\/p>\n

Optically pure P-chirogenic phosphorous compounds have a wide range of applications, such as (oligo)nucleotide, nucleotide analogs, and chiral reagents for asymmetric syntheses. Despite its growing usage, there have been no universal methods toward optically pure P-chirogenic compounds reported to date. To address this issue, we propose to establish a new unified approach to access such compounds using catalytic stereoselective P-oxygenation in combination with dynamic kinetic resolution. This method will be applied to prepare coupling agents for synthesizing phosphorothioates to demonstrate its utility. Our preliminary results will be presented.<\/p>\n
