Barbour Professor of Mechanical Engineering, Rice University and Joint Appointment Professor, Waseda University), a member of the Unit for Multiscale Analysis, Modeling and Simulation of the Top Global University Project, received the Computational Mechanics Award of the Asian Pacific Association for Computational Mechanics.
