We invited <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wisdom.weizmann.ac.il\/~zeitouni\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Professor Ofer Zeitouni<\/a>\u3000(Weizmann Institute of Science and New York University) and <a href=\"https:\/\/researchmap.jp\/yoshi-abe?lang=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Professor Yoshihiro Abe<\/a> (Tohoku University) \u00a0as speakers.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<style relationship between random walk and discrete Gaussian free fields, extreme value of logarithmically correlated fields, for instance two dimensional Gaussian free field, and branching process and so on. Because the lectures covered from \u00a0\u00a0easy-to-understand introduction to recent research, there were many questions and it was meaningful time for participants. The lecture was delivered both at Waseda University and online via zoom.
