In particular, the talk of Prof. Yoshihiro Shibata, former director of the Mathematics and Physics Unit, was co-organized with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.springer.com\/journal\/21\/updates\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Birkh\u00e4user Distinguished Lecture 2022<\/a>. The Birkh\u00e4user Distinguished Lecture is a webinar series organized by Birkh\u00e4user to promote and maintain scientific exchange, and the speakers are selected by the editorial board of the Journal of Mathematical Fluid Mechanics, an international peer-reviewed journal of mathematical fluid mechanics.
