On July 3-4, 2020, theMathematics and Physics Unit Model Unit held the Socioeconomic Networks and Network Science Workshop, “Multiscale Analysis, Modelling and Simulation.” In this workshop, speakers gave fascinating talks on socioeconomic systems and network science from the basic to state-of-the-art research.

Invited speakers
Due to the global spread of COVID-19, this workshop went online. However, the accesses were from 21 countries, and the number of participants reached 200. During talks and breaks, they were discussing research results, future issues, and possible collaborations across disciplines.
We will continue hosting international workshops like this, in order to promote inter disciplinal communication and to make opportunities for students to meet professionals.
